Carltons’ has been open in Salter Path since April of 2003. The cozy restaurant seats about 50, so reservations are recommended. Carltons’ owner and chef, Patrick Hogan, is passionate about fresh seafood. Each dish is prepared as it is ordered. Many people enjoy the Maryland Crabcakes and say “these are simply the best!” The menu changes monthly and Carltons’ offers daily specials.
