We are locally owned and operated by Charles Efird. Our company was started in 1952 by Charles' father, Mr. J.W. Efird. J.W. owned and managed the company until he passed away in 1982. Modern Exterminating offers complete termite and pest management programs for residential, commercial, and institutional customers.
